We had a tough clog in the main drain that another company diagnosed as a broken pipe that would need to be excavated from underneath the basement concrete and replaced to a tune of 4K to start. Called Metro Drain for a second opinion. Jeff came out, snaked the stubborn clog for 2 hours, and cleared the drain for $250. Thank you, Jeff!!! He also gave us a good tip: don't put coffee grounds down the sink. Call Jeff at Metro Drain for an honest drain specialist!

Absolute clowns go to frost and kretsch plumbing instead they care and did the job... Called about a simple backed up toilet and within two seconds the guy on the phone said "that would take me longer than tomorrow to do I will have to pass" No reference no help at all what a waste of my day

Wow! Jeff was great to work with. He responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to resolve our sewer back up within a few hours of our initial conversation. He is professional, friendly and works quickly. On top of all that, he is very reasonably priced! I would definitely use Metro Detroit Drain again in the future and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Left a voicemail, got a return call shortly after, and Jeff showed up at the scheduled time the next day. Was on site for about 30 minutes, got my completely plugged drains cleared, and charged a more than fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to use in the future. Great service after another plumber missed two appointments, and several others never even bothered to answer or return calls.

Jeff was very polite and professional, he came to my house on very short notice and and response time was incredible! He is very reasonably priced also. The other guy in these comments needs to understand that ot is not the plumbers responsibility to clean up what mess that was caused and is there to do what he is hired for! Not only will I call jeff from now on but I highly recommend him!

This guy has no customer service etiquette whatsoever he had an attitude off the bat with my fiancé yelling at her telling her I told you not to use any water after he was done with the service he did not clean up and refused to then he wants to get an attitude with me when confronted I would not recommend this guyIf he had the last snake on earth

When our basement began to flood I placed a frantic call to Jeff at Metro Detroit Drain. He was here in 45 minutes and 10 minutes later the water was gurgling down the floor drains. I really appreciated the speedy and professional service and I highly recommend this company.

Very responsive and was here quick!! What took other plumbers 1.5 - 2 hrs to figure out, Jeff figured out in 5 min and took care of it quick!! Would highly recommend this company.
